Working elements 工作原理

First, high-temperature,high-humidity compressed air comes out from compressor make heat exchanging with dried low-temperature compressed air in the heat exchanger, to reduce its temperature,then enters into evaporation,temperature been further reduced,there,a majority of steam condensate to water and be drained.Then the low-humidity compressed air enters into the adsorbing barrel, beening further dried and get more lower dew point finished air.At last low-temperature dried compressed air enters into the heat exchange to cooling hightemperature, high-humidity inlet air,meanwhile get higher temperature itself,preventing the out part of pipeline form dewing, a small part of high temperature air be used for refrigeration,enhance regenerating efficiency and reduce energy consume.

由压缩机来的高温高湿压缩空气,首先在换 热器中与干燥过的低温压缩空气进行交换,降低温度,然后进入蒸发器被进一步降温,在蒸发器中大部分气 态水分子冷凝成液态水被排除。此后含湿量很低的压缩空气进入吸附筒内被进一步干燥除湿,得到更低露点 的成品气,最后低温的干燥压缩空气进入换热器,冷却高温高湿的入口空气,同时本身温度也升高,防止了 输送的管路外结露,
